it only applies to online games, so if you dont play it online you have nothing to complain about.

no idea why you would re-install a game 5 times but ok. Im not even sure if its just installs, is it not like activating the key with an online account, so if you use the same account after a re-install, you dont lose an activation?

Its essentially the same, but they have increased it to 5 installs, but you can phone them up and get an extra ones if they decide you are legit.

not yet, as its so far away i think its best to wait a couple more months for a few of the big releases to come out. The big ones i expect will be Left 4 Dead and Red Alert 3, personally i hope for some Multiwinia action.
