Dead Island is a new survival horror game coming soon. It was originally due out 2008 but it got delayed and there seemed to be no news on it for quite a while but its due out in september 2011 and I hope its as good as the trailer

unfortunantely it won't be, reports from IGN are saying its way different from what this trailer suggests, much more of an arcadey Zombie mashem up =/

I agree it'll be good, but the trailer made it look like a heart wrenching survival horror, when infact its more like Deadrising, which is a good game don't get me wrong, but having to choose between saving a child or spouse and leaving them because its too late sounds like something that gets you emotionally invested.
