Entanet Are Fail

I'm with ADSL24 for my net connection who were a reseller for Entanet, however ADSL24 have now moved to Murphx as a supplier.

I received a refund on a partial used month with Enta as shown on my bank account 06/04/10 BANK GIRO CREDIT ENTANET INT 16.72 CR and yet they e-mailed me to saying

Dear Sirs,

We notice that there is a final amount payable on your account of £2.59 which covers the period of 15th – 19th March which is when the service migrated away from Entanet International Limited.

With this in mind, we look forward to receiving the amount of £2.59 as a matter of urgency.

If you wish to discuss this matter further, please do not hesitate to contact me.

So I e-mail them back asking if they gave me a refund why do I now owe them £2.59 and I just got back a reply saying

Hi Mark,


The refund was made however, we have since received a returned payment of £19.31 therefore, please ensure that the amount of £19.31 is repaid immediately.

So now I don't know wtf is going on and will probably have to phone them :/

Man you have to stop contacting these people. Every time you do the amount of money you owe them goes up.
