Hi Guys!

Sign up has just opened for GS-LAN #5 the maximum number of sign-ups is 100. We are aiming at making this a 60 man LAN really but if we are near that or hit it don't worry we should still be able to accommodate you :)

The price of this event due to being in the Dobbie Hall as opposed to the Grangemouth Scout Hall is marginally higher at £18. This covers 48 hours of gaming madness with official tournaments to boot :)

Please ensure that you prepay via the paypal link or via any one of the Staff, either myself (Glasgow Area), Pimpatine (Falkirk area), Chris (Edinburgh Area) Icewind (Falkirk Area) or Stank (Bathgate/Livingston area) this will ensure both that the event goes ahead and you can choose your seat on the seating plan to get to sit with your mates etc :)

Some key points to remember about the Dobbie Hall.

  • Fully organised tournaments & fun games
  • We have a dedicated broadband line installed in the hall
  • There is a local ASDA (not 24 hours) and multiple fastfood joints
  • The nearest train station is Larbert Train Station a short 5-10 min walk from the hall
  • There is plenty of space for sleeping compared with the Grangemouth hall
  • We have a full stage for projector based fun either gaming or the odd movie/tv show
  • Console corner will be back!

So guys, get signed up and paid. Get talking to your mates that are dying to try out the biggest LAN party in Scotland and look forward to a epic event!

I'll have to wait before making travel arrangements - stupid train sites don't cover June yet.

Yes Deep Blue, ZeroG & Negator I still exist ;) I apologise for winding you up at ScotLAN's Neg but yes it is one in the same. Been many years since I have seen some of you. ZeroG I have seen most recently at the odd Gumpcom LAN.

Gaming Scotland grew from Gump wishing to close Gumpcom, so myself, Chris & Pimpatine took the reins and we've been working hard to get back to Dobbie Hall :D

Glad to see some of you guys are up for some old skool Dobbie action. Get signed up on our new forums etc http://www.gamingscotland.com/component/user/?task=register#content say Hi and all that jazz :D

Cheers for the support :)
