Please ensure you set steam to OFFLINE MODE before attending the lan!

Make sure all your games are installed and tested before hand too!

the joys of many LANs ago when so many gamers had to use prism's phone to update steam and costed him dear...

ah great, company of heroes had a patch a few days ago and under steam, the whole game is downloaded again... (in my case all 3...)
