According to the latest Left 4 Dead Blog, I came across this:

The easiest starting point for new campaigns is the three remaining Left 4 Dead 1 campaigns, so the DLC will include those.

Copy and paste valve??? what was the point in buying Left 4 Dead...

This update is meant to be added after Portal 2 is released which means a BIG download just before the LAN...
