Posting replies in spam threads

Please dont do it.

The spammers often have instant email notifications of thread replies enabled. Thus if they get a load of replies they already know it is a very active board and will respond with more spam.

Just report the thread and leave it be.

yeah, we are a point release behind. sion/dex could you update this please? should help stop them.
Someone seems to be deleting the posts before i can get to them after being reported! as long as they are taken care of i suppose.

Quick Update.

I got a PM from CocoChanels last night with a load of spam for some shitty spam software.

It requested a read recipt.

Please, click cancel when asked to provide a read recipt. Same reasons as not replying to spam threads. Spammers will have notification on and a lot of replies means an active forum they can deluge with more spam.
