Shuttle Case Mod

As some of you guys know... I bring a shuttle gaming system to the LAN and I always have to take the case off because of big graphics card squeezed into the little case it heats up big time.

So I have been looking at some case mods.. here is one -

Does anyone know where i can get the material for this kinda case mod.

no idea how I would go about this case mod but it needs to be done.

dremel, some wire mesh from a retailer (google) and some spot welding/soldering.

OR two 80mm holes with some of these;

I would suggest looking on chilled PC at the modders mesh. A dremel would get rather shitty results unless you are VERY good with your hands. If you drop Tom at chilled PC your idea then you could get the side laser cut to give the air vent and it would also get a perfect cut that looked professional. If it was me, I would get a mesh design laser cut into the panel its self so you have the air flow and still the same overall look, you can also design the mesh design you want (but then again I did get a big black man laser cut into my case).
