Actually I think it can do flash - Well at least I've came across some videos on how to run flash on the touch, so I assume it could be done on iPhone.

Flash can be done! .. it's like a plugin that converts the flash media to mp4 for your phone via a website. well it was the last time i looked. theres no true flash yet but adobe are working on that!
