Toasted Sandwich Recipes

I have recently got a sandwich toaster for the office at work to raise moral and have found a number of amazing things to put in it but we are starting to run out of ideas. Anyone got any good combinations they can suggest? We have tried the following with varying success;

Cheese - Always a classic
Cheese and Beans - Another classic
Cheese, Beans and sausages - kinda explodes out of every orifice and makes a real mess
Banana - works great

We are thinking of trying a curry one but not got that far yet and also want to try a posh caviar one but no one can afford to try it (and it will probably be horrible)

Cheese and mango chutney
Cheese and strawberry jam
Banana and nutella
Cheese and bacon

Give me time i'll have a plenty more ideas :)

Cheese and jam! Crazy! Must be tried tho. I can see this Friday being very smelly and messy in the office now.

For all of those toasted sandwich nuts out there I found a recipe from Heston Blumenthal and apparently the most important thing when making toasties is 2 triangles of sponge. To ensure a crisp outside and not overcooked inside put the 2 pieces of sponge in the bread and lightly toast like that then take it out and put the filling in. You get perfect outside without napalm cheesejam erupting everywhere!
