hey guys, to prevent anotherr lan from not going ahead, we want to get the best idea of when is best for people so that we can get the highest numbers as possible. Thanks for your input

Same 3 weeks notice is good enough for me sometimes even 2

More than happy to go whenever so long as I get a months notice to book it off work. It would take 8 hours each way to drive from Birmingham.
