As above, already had a look at NEP and Everest, maplins might be my last resort and no I don't have time to wait for delivery next week from ebuyer etc

There is another IT store next to NEP, can't remember the name, and there's another further down George Street but they are small computer stores so if they have they will probably charge a fortune.

Apart from them I can't think of anyone else in Aberdeen that would do them.

Maplins appear to sell tubes for about £7 each and 2 tube inverter for a fiver - not horribly overpriced!
