I'll be downloading this when I get home from Uni.
Sticking it in a VM should do me, not wanting to partition and burn an ISO.

I got to 99%, the downloader checks for integrity and
- "You have a corrupt download. Would you like a fresh copy?"

Probably because my computer somehow decided it likes sleeping, and no amount of alarm bells or hooters or metaphorical means of coming out of sleep mode is impossible, unless you hit the power button, which for me restarts it.
It bitches about being shutdown incorrectly, even though it is it's own fault for now waking up.
Curently 3%, and won't hit 100% until midnight possibly.

It finally hit 100%. Now to put it in Sun VirtualBox and play with it.
Apparently though, there are problems with Steam games on 7, and XP mode is very Buggy and not meant for processor-intensive activities (like gaming).

Haven't had a chance to try XP mode yet but what steam games is there suppost to be problems with. I have played CS:S, TF2, l4D, UT3 and DoW2 all from steam with no problems.

i haven't used it yet, but the guys at GIzmodo seem to have trouble with Audio.
