I bought the straight up line connector version. My brother bought the USB version.
The actual headphones are exactly the same. The only difference is the inclusion of the steelseries soundcard in the USB version, for £6 more.
Smart money says get the USB version.
Because of what I saw at GamesCon I'm pretty sure I'l enjoy it. Definately enough to get £20 of value out of it. I just have the problem of buying the game first.
