It's bot just the temps. It's the context. That temp on a hot day in a hot room with a badly wired, under load pc would be nothing to worry about. That temp in a cool office on the desktop would be a serious fault.

Ye when I was at the printers getting the posters made I saw that they can make up a huge vinyl banner, in color, with eyelets for like 40 quid. One of them outside breach would look good. And taking it to i40 could plug us nicely. And give our desks a personal touch.

102 is fine for graphics cards. The trouble with checking temps is that people don't always know what it should be. They see a number and freak out about it without any thought as to if the number is invfact perfectly acceptable.
