Sorted! it was a freekin driver that was making the system crash and reboot on 3DMark03 , Installed Omega drivers and it worked!

ok not getting to exited yet! lol , i gone into bios and tweeked a few settings and ran left4dead and now it seems to be working. though it still crashing on 3D Marks 03 when its about to load up the second test. bechmarked 05 fine :) , but my first benchmark before cpu change was with 03...
