So once you patch the file how do you get the themes ? Just Google for XP themes ?

Well, best place to start, I would recommend DeviantART for themes.
You will see that there are two different categories for windows - Windows vista utilities and also Windows Utilities, both will have a Visual Styles subcategory in them.
If you are using windows 7 you will have to just search on dA because there is no official category yet (when i asked on the forums, it was apparently because it was not released yet, but that was a few months back, I am expecting to see it appear soon, because windows 7 has been RTM and we are fast approaching the main release date for it)
