Try running without overclocks for a while, see if that adds to any stability, it may just be your overclock

if you have been having any instability the default thing is to run everything at stock settings and use prime95 or something similar to put abnormal load on the cpu and ram and monitor that for a few hours.

Have you ran overclocked for long? What cpu/motherboard/ram are you using?

if you've not fixed it by now you can always try to catch me on steam if you have a pc that can log on (should be found in the breachlan group as Rahr)
