For this LAN we're going to be laying on a big BBQ loaded with all kinds of delicious tasty meaty treats. It'll be on Saturday night with the traditional Saturday night pizza moved to Friday night instead. If you don't eat meat, that's fine too, we'll lay on some plant based food instead cooked on a separate grill, just be kind enough to let us know first.

We're going to get some top quality burgers, sausages, marinaded pork chops and chicken kebabs. Everyone will be free to have as much or as little as they want but we'll guarantee a minimum of five items per person. That should be enough for even the biggest of appetites.

It will make things so much easier for us if everyone who wants is able to pre-order and pre-pay for their food. The food will be ordered from the butcher on the Monday before the LAN so if you want it, please pre-book it. There's no booking fee attached to this so even if you've already booked your LAN ticket, visit our booking page at the link below to get the BBQ ticket.

A BBQ sounds good. Is there a contingency for if the weather is bad? Would it be possible to do it indoors? We know what the weather is like in Scotland.

We'll have a gazaeebo to cook under if the weather is bad. Short of a hurricane we're planning on everything being outdoors. If there is a hurricane, we'll know about it a few days beforehand and take the stuff we need to oven cook.

There is always the option to cook outside and eat inside if the weather isn't favorable :)
