Ok, its either going to be the weekend of the 13-14 or 20-21 of October to not conflict with any Breachlans or I series lans. got 5 so far that can make it from 5punk and a few mates that love the idea of a lan so who can make these dates from Breach? Once there about 15 confirmed I will believe that its on.

Right, very tempted to come down but I have to see about the transport my fiesta isn't really a great motorway car...

Those dates from 13-14 oct are the best for me, i think because they are in the middle of my holidays and a week after my work experience. Anyone going down i will happily split the cost and i shouldn't take up nearly as much room with my new LAN PC (slightly larger than an xbox360).

lol nice one, but grog i would probably need three people to make it worthwhile for me to drive, that the the space problem (two possible full towers and a LAN machine i struggled with two peoples stuff). If possible a person with a bigger car would be preferable.

Also Binks? is there a shopping centre/food store near the venue as if worse came to worse and i did drive i would need food as we wouldn't have room. But i think i would take the train if we cant find someone to have a bigger car :/

Pricing is going to be about £25 a head as they are charging £12/person/night and we will need a bit left over to buy beer for the kind folks that are helping set up and bringing all the networking gear but again it will depend if its going to be 2 or 3 nights (or 4 - 10, as long as people want to stay!).

ahh ok highfly, well ill say the same ill commit if the dates are good and highfly and grogers/someone with a big car is going.

Either that or we can all get the train down at the same time, much easier to not get lost.

I need to check my work rota, but if I can commit I'm on the way to Leics from oop norf (just a few minutes from J39 M1), so we can make life easier by splitting some folk into my car before finishing the journey. Coob could also pick up his Scooby snacks here, too ;)

Right, looks like this is off unless a new venue can be found. They are fully booked from September to December so looks like this is a no go.
