New mumble server

Hi Guys

Due to a restructure of our servers I've built a new mumble server. This should hopefully mean that those funny voice codec issues are a thing of the past. All connection details will remain the same however you will need to re-register your account and some settings may be different.

Please speak to a staff member about getting re-registered

As DNS names take 48 hours to change, if you log on and find no one, please use this temporary server name - server1.pkservers.co.uk to get connected

I was trying to find a way of describing what sound the opus codec makes when it bugs out.

The best I can manage is:

The sound a Monty python animator makes when he has a heart attack, only more deafening.

Yeah I think the Opus codec isn't all that mature yet which is disappointing really
