Well, not exsacly but I was updating my router's frimware and lose connection...

He has ceased to be! 'E's expired and gone to meet 'is maker! 'E's a stiff! Bereft of life, 'e rests in peace!

If you hadn't nailed 'im to the perch 'e'd be pushing up the daisies! 'Is metabolic processes are now 'istory!

'E's off the twig! 'E's kicked the bucket, 'e's shuffled off 'is mortal coil, run down the curtain and joined the bleedin' choir invisibile!!

'E's f***ing snuffed it!!

What kind of router is it? I know that with the drayteks you can often recover from a bodged firmware update. But I think the motto here is "If it ain't broke, dont fix it!" ;)

That is what i was thinking after it happened.... :(

The model is a Netgear ADSL Firewall Router DG834 v2
(note the v2 as there are 4 versions...)

Once i plug power into it, the power/tick icons flash continuously and gives its IP address in HEX

So its lost the plot big time

EPIX FAIL!!!!!
