ok, i'm trying not to wet myself in fear but.

youtube videos are showing the wrong colours with a green strip on top.

VLC is fine and everything else.

Google is also messing up saying stuff about security certificates being out of date.

hopefully the youtube and google thing are connected. if not, and to my main question.

Is my Gfx card going to explode?

Try clearing your browser cache and another browser?

Security Certificates - On top of what Dex said, also make sure windows is up to date.
Youtube - make sure flash is up to date.

If vlc / games are fine then you'll be fine, and it's a software issue

New browser didn't help, windows is up to date, so is flash. I'm just going to reformat, best to have a clean install before the LAN anyway.

OH, no idea if this is related but my Alt-Tab stopped working also (why is it whenever i come close to seeing you people my computer explodes? its perfect 99% of the time )
