Recommended wattage levels are a load of BS
I'm running an AMD64 3500 on an asus a8n sli deluxe with two geforce 6600GT's, two optical drives, two hard drives on a 350 watt enermax, been running for years, best suggestion:
Buy a decent powersupply that is efficient and stable, I only used a 350 because I had it spare and its worked flawlessly
You should however try and get something that is recommended, but dont spend ?100's on it...

Recommended wattage levels are hardly BS, you can damage components by having an under-powered PSU. Enermax being one of the slightly better brands runs *your* system fine, but the new systems require ultra beefy PSU's and to say otherwise is ridiculous and merely encourages people to purchase a 350W ?20 box of tin and wires to try and run a modern system (a very bad move).

I've got several that have run for more than 5 years, their put together quite well internally. Lot's of pins falling off the wires, so I had to hard solder 'em, this is the only negative detractor though and it could be 'cos I'm a rough bastard. Nowadays their are superior brands in the same price range though.
