Well ladies and gentlemen as this activity is becoming more and more popular i thought i would make a list of recommended items/kit that you may or may not need. This list is just based on personal experience.
1. Sturdy footwear i personally use http://www.military1st.co.uk/12822101-mil-tec-tactical-side-zip-boots-black.html i find these to be very comfortable and a not bad price range.
2. Face mask - although the site does provide a facemask for a small rental fee i would recommend you get your own as the rentals tend to be a bit uncomfortable. some examples can be found here http://www.actionhobbies.co.uk/Mesh-Masks-Face-Protection_B24EJ2.aspx it all depends on how much and how good you want to look.
3. Gloves - again you can rent these on the day for a small fee but id recommend your own. It doesent matter what sort of gloves you get as there are millions to choose from. It all depends on how authentic or good you wanna look.
4. Head/Hat - although head protection is not provided it s entirely your choice if you want to wear a hat of some description. 6. this basic list is what i would personally use but there are lots of variations of clothing etc out there. It all depends on what you want to look like.
