How is everyone's Tuesday going? As I leave my job a week on Friday things are winding down and I am getting increasingly bored. If anyone else is having a slow day in the office why not start a spirited debate here!

I'm the opposite :S. Leaving end of the month, yet somehow woke up on the right side today. Been coding like a motherhubber most of the morning. Don't know what's gotten into me :p

FailBlog normally keeps me chuckling for most of the day. That and 'notes from the frontline' on gizmodo for some more serious non work related reading.

Well my workload has peaked at the wrong time meaning I have missed lunch and now have to go hungry. I might have cheerios for lunch as its that or protein shake.

You know protein shake is apperntly bad for you XD poor body buolders.

Excessive protein is bad for you but that would be the crazy amounts some people are pumping into themselves. Just taking some responsibly has never been an issue (Do a google search got body building high protein diet).

I found some oats I had in a cupboard and have some hot milky oats with honey now. I'm sure it has a name.

they have been saying this for years as well as creatine all they really know is not enough long term studys have been done. Which is just PR speak for none of the studies have had the results that we wanted to prove.

Did a lot of research into creatine before I started taking it at college and couldn't find any conclusive evidence that there were any health risks associated with it and found plenty of benefits to taking it.

Protein shakes are for poofs anyhow - if you are serious about building muscle you need but one book - Arnold the education of a body builder :)
