Been feeling really nostalgic recently so i thought i would ask you guys what your most Vivid gaming memories are... Hopefully with the age differences between people in BreachLAN we will have an interesting mix.
Set out something like this;
Game title; Des
Most vivid memory;
My most vivid memorys as young as it may be are all on the PS2, sure i had some good times on the PS1 (Digimon worlds, crash bandicoot etc) but i really started on the PS2.
4; Champions return to arms; Basically an MMO but restricted to 4 players, It had all the good stuff like weapon drops, heath, mana, potions, spells. (Was also made by blizzard )
Most vivid memory; Getting a sword at level 4 the was OP as F**K and leveling all the way up to 28 (back when leveling was hard and took AGES) to use it... and then realizing that my class (lizardman) Couldn't actually use swords !! *RAGE* and also buying the one-four controller adapter and inviting Nero round for some awesome 3 player bashing's.
3; Dynasty Warriors 3:
Basically a hack and slash with some of the worst voice acting in my gaming career (
)
Most Vivid memory; beating the unlock-able campaign to unlock the elephant as a replacement for your horse, was excellent!
2; Rachet and Clank; 3d adventure/platformer that i think has one of the best storys around
Most vivid memory; beating the game around 50 times and unlocking the "nuke gun" could kill the final boss in <3 hits
1; Jak and Daxter; 3d adventure/platformer (and later racing game) The BEST story imho, we got jak and daxter 2 with the PS2 and then went backwards to one and then to 3, hilarious characters, and my all time favorite game.
Most vivid memory; Onin's bloody symbols game, this game, was as tough as f**king nails Skip to 3:35 for the mini game.
This was BY FAR the hardest Mini-game i have EVER played, But im sure some of you guys can top that (this mini-game was coincidentally the last precursor orb i ever got in jak and daxter 2 where you had to get a certain number of points in <10minutes just surviving that time was an achievement not the mention the tough as nails point score to achieve 100% )
