Its using Dosbox to run and it seems to be running alright.

I use OpenTH with the files from the disc to run the game. OpenTH is actually quite good, it's not yet managed to add the following:

• Epidemics
• Rats
• Graphs
• Visual effects on patients with serious radiation and jellyitis.
• Fullscreen animations such as the level screen and winning letter.

But it's made playing the game on windows 7 full screen a metric fuckton better. And they continue to make fixes and improvements (and are working on the above). You can download custom maps too. Anyone who has bought this on GoG, should try it out.
