heres another one not working for me :( ........

It's latest drivers and why I need to be fannying around with files and recoding I dunno because it worked perfect on the pair of 780ti's. I'll have a look again before I turn Ms Croft on again.

yeah its working. By changing from dx9 to opengl it now works. Thanks guys!!

im guessing w10 doesnt support or has dx9 built in

It's got something to do with Windows 10, as far as I'm aware dx9 and older will work on Windows 10 but I don't think the game is capable of working that one out itself ☺️
