Yes but have you crashed it (due to the fact that I didn't restart the pc after gfx driver install )

Creative = fail no drivers at all... yet

They fail completely. How long did it take them to get Vista drivers out ?

And their response to community members doing their work for them was hostility and threats of legal action. Enough to put me off creative products for life.

ok , found out the creative driver works if you use compatibility mode however the console doesn't...

wtf, take out headset cause it broke, put in another one, sound card not plugged it , and this is the onboard soundcard as well tried reinstall, still unpluged...
