I'm just going with the stock cooler that comes with the processor. I am not planning to oc the machine so it should not be a prob. I have been using the AMD stock on my 3200+ and never had any temp problems.

At first glance I think RAM as well How many sticks do you have? If it is more than one, Strip them out and try one at a time, see if you can get in to Windows. After that I think Downloading the memtest bootable iso and running that is the next step.

Gaming laptops are great. When I am away with work if I wanna play something I just pull it out the bag, connect to power and it is ready to go. No monitor (TFT or otherwise) to lug, everything fits in one nice rucksack. So I can get a few extra bells and whistles spec wise with a desktop...

Will also annoy anyone who doesn't live in London.
