well here's my system purpose built for the lan (I reall hope I get the time off now). raid5 for the satas. Plan is to add water cooling hence the high speed memory. waste of money or worth the pennies then? got to be better than my laptop for gaming

don't fix what's not broken. The site is informative and works. Don't judge a book by it's cover etc etc keep in mind you'll have 48 hours of gaming (or something close) so pretty every game will be on the cards for everyone at some point

so, what we gonig to have at this lan? tournaments? mass games of? high score in some retro game? proball! pizza and beer for certain.
