I'd be nervous about spending that much money on a motherboard. Particularly when it only has one PCI-E X16 slot. For a £300 motherboard I'd expect it to have at least two X16 slots. If you are only using one graphics card I'd say aim for something a lot cheaper. If you want two graphics cards...
