It depends. If it's about the same then both sides have ups and down. With a van we have fewer drivers but a more complicated journey. Without we obviously dont have the risk of going there with somebody elses vehicle but we need more drivers.

The charge is for picking up the van yourself but leaving it at another depot. Thats what the £150 charge is for. The theory behind taking a van would be that we would save the price of a few cars. If we aim for 10 people going down, the car arrangement would be something like 4 or 5 cars. If...

Ive been checking out the options available from someone like Arnold Clark and their cheapest van rental (£35 a day) for a Citroen Belingo would be completely appropriate. Even a van that small would be perfect. We could have all our stuff in there no problem and save two cars from the journey...
