i sometimes use the wallpaper switcher built into displayfusion too, so, i usually have different wallpapers.

What's the best program for changing the desktop? I'm looking to change the whole look and feel of Windows much like Black's

No programs needed! Just look for a UXTheme.dll patch for your OS.
