I'm glad Coob answered that one. I could tell you how to do it on xbox but not PC. For those on xbox in the inventory highlight you item and hit 'Y' to make it a favourite. then whilst playing hit up on the d-pad and it'll raise the favourites and you can select from there.

I hadnt thought of that, but still it saves your mouse position when you open the menu... so you cant have a set position to reference the macro from...
