Holy. F***ing. Shit.

I don't understand this. I HATE vista with a passion, yet I'm in love with Winblows 7...

Yes, i actually got round to installing it. After waiting over 3 hours for Ghost to take a backup of my XP install....

- Update -

Well, my mouse config software wont work, even the vista version.... (Logitech SetPoint)

But, the Logitech G15 keyboard software WORKS. I cant figure that out, but hey. The LCD Screen works. /me shrugs

Another bad thing: UltraMon does work... Nether does Eset Smart Security....

You don't really need ultramon anymore. The new dock bar has removed the need for the second task bar.

As was stated though, this is beta. If you are having problems, there is a nice button on your desktop called "Send Feedback" :p

beta = no bloatware installed yet :p

But it's sounding more interesting, will be good to see it working at the lan.

Some interesting info if it's true.

Microsoft confirmed yesterday that Windows XP fans would be able to purchase a licence and media to “upgrade” to the new OS once it lands.

But this being Redmond there is a caveat: XP customers have to perform a clean install of Windows 7. This means wiping their computer hard drive’s data first, which doesn’t sound much like an upgrade to us.

Starter Edition will not be sold in developed countries i.e USA/Europe/Japan etc it's destined for other markets.
