tbh, i think i did pretty well getting my laptop to run at 3.2ghz stable. however i never run it at that for any period of time usually the most i run it at is 3.06ghz as 3.2 is a little hot for my liking also with 3.06 all i have to do is change the multiplier :P. theres only so much you can...
